Wise Health Clinics Administration - Executive Director

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • The Executive Director of Wise Health Clinics oversees all aspects of Wise Health Clinics. 
  • These aspects include, but are not limited to, the delivery of quality patient care, responsible financial stewardship, growth within our markets, and building strong physician relationships. 
  • The Directors Scope of Oversight will encompass Operations, Telemedicine, and co-operatively, business and finance. 
  • The Executive Director will be expected to provide kind direction to all subordinates.
 
REPORT RELATIONSHIP: 
  • Reports to the COO of WHC
 
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 1) Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management (or related) preferred
  • 2) Minimum 5 years experience in medical clinic management 
 
OSHA TASK CATEGORY TWO: 
  • There is an occasional risk of exposure to mucous membranes or skin contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues, or a potential for spills or splashed during the performance of the job. 
  • Universal precautions must be observed and protective devices worn by the employee when performing a task that is likely to cause exposure.
 
Employment standards include current requirements as determined by Federal, State, and Wise Health System policy.
 
Physical requirements:   
  • Must have a neat and friendly appearance.  
  • Intermittent standing or sitting for long periods of time, as well as stooping, bending, and stretching.
