Information Systems - Network Systems and Telephony Administrator, Bridgeport

  • Responsible for assisting the Infrastructure Team Lead in the day to day operations of the Data Center, Telephony and Network Infrastructure as well as other operations pertaining to access and computer functions.
  • Will help organize, install, and support LANs, WANs, network infrastructure, Voice over IP, and server setup and maintenance, while supporting Help Desk functions as needed. 
  • Specific support emphasis will be on configuration, management, system upgrades and day-to-day operational support and maintenance.
  • In addition, support and development of software programs required to monitor and maintain servers, network, and unified communication systems.
  • Must be able to support on call rotations and other duties as required.
  • Reports to Director of Technology
  • 1)  3 years server/network administration role
Employment standards include current requirements as determined by Federal, State, and Wise Health System policy.
  • 1)  Cisco/Microsoft certifications   
  • 2)  Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • 3) Unified communication experience, preferred
  • There is no anticipated risk of exposure to mucous membranes or skin contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues, or a potential for spills or splashed during the performance of the job. 
  • Universal precautions must be observed and protective devices worn by the employee when performing a task that is likely to cause exposure.
