  • Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training, orientation, and education programs;
  • Provides professional and technical support to staff and troubleshoots the delivery of patient care;
  • Responds to requests from ombudsman, families, and other concerned patients regarding patient care issues;
  • Responsible meeting assigned incentive measures for assigned clinic location;
  • Responsible for registering chronic care patients for case management.
  • Responsible for EOC compliance for assigned clinic location;
  • Responsible for controlling inventory cost;
  • Knowledge of state vaccine reporting as required;
  • Assist changing workload needs.
An experienced team builder and manager, the Clinical Team Manager reports to the Executive Director/Manager of Operations and is responsible for managing the provision of quality primary health care and allied program services delivered by an interdisciplinary team in a comprehensive, collaborative manner with an emphasis on health promotion and education.

The Clinical Team Manager develops, manages and reports on, and is accountable for the activities of the assigned clinics and its staff, and represents and promotes WHC by participating in various community activities and is a key leader in the overall management of the WHC.

The Clinical Team Manager is responsible to communicate the vision, mission, values and strategic plan of the organization to employees and adherence to these by team members. 

Clinical staff will report to the Clinical Team manager. 

The Clinical Team Manager must have leadership and communication skills for managing and actively participating  in the interviewing/hiring process, on-boarding., training, developing and counseling of staff; and have knowledge of state and federal laws related to health care;

Knowledge of healthcare compliance.

  • Executive Director/Manager of Operations
  • 1)  LVN or Certified Medical Assistant, preferred but not required
  • 2)  Experience in personnel management
  • 3)  Experience in clinic management, preferred
