Integrated CDI - Audit and Reporting Analyst, Decatur

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs administrative support services for the Administrative Director of Revenue Cycle and the CDI Audit Team. 
  • Organizational skills, knowledge and understanding  of basic accounting principles, and  insurance explanation of benefits,  experience depicting analytic problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills, working knowledge of reimbursement systems and coding structures and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Internet Explorer.
 
REPORT RELATIONSHIP:
  • Reports to the Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle
 
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 1)  High School Diploma or equivalent  Preferred
  • 2)  Three years medical office and/or accounting experience.
 
OSHA TASK CATEGORY THREE: 
  • There is no anticipated risk of exposure to mucous membranes or skin contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues, or a potential for spills or splashed during the performance of the job. 
  • Universal precautions must be observed and protective devices worn by the employee when performing a task that is likely to cause exposure.
 
Employment standards include current requirements as determined by Federal, State, and Wise Health System policy.
