Job Title:  Call Center Attendant
JOB SUMMARY:  Prepares and maintains current diet order list prior to each mealtime; enters any advance diet orders; enters non-select diet orders; and takes patient room service meal orders.  Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing is a necessity.  Basic computer skills are required. 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:  Director, Nutrition Services
REQUIREMENTS:  1)  Six months’ experience in customer service using both telephone and computer.  2)  High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
There is no anticipated risk of exposure to mucous membranes or skin contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues, or a potential for spills or splashed during the performance of the job.  Universal precautions must be observed and protective devices worn by the employee when performing a task that is likely to cause exposure.
Employment standards include current requirements as determined by Federal, State, and Wise Regional policy
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
