JOB TITLE:  HRIS Financial Business Intelligence Analyst
 
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Financial Business Intelligence Analyst works closely with other analysts, business owners and subject matter experts to lead system-wide transformational initiatives to significantly improve the structure and operations of each functional area including, but not limited to, business process standardization and automation leveraging the Infor ERP solutions.
  • Applying business knowledge and expertise, the Financial Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for collaborating with a cross functional team in all aspects of the ERP implementation, including planning production development and support. 
  • Must be an experienced report writer
  • Analyze current business practices, user needs, and work flow processes to develop and implement solutions based on business requirements
  • Performs operational system tasks and maintenance as assigned
  • Maintain technical documentation based on standard operating procedures in support of the assigned application
  • Provide production for support
  • Assist in resolving support calls escalated by the Help Desk
  • Assist in supporting activations and rollouts
  • Document issues with resolutions and share with team members to improve team productivity
  • Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level
  • Take complete ownership for the assigned task and timely inform progress of the project to IS Leadership
  • General familiarity of user business practices, concepts and terminology sufficient to support the application
  • Attend meetings and training as necessary
  • Performs ad-hoc queries and data analysis when required following standard practices for quality with supervision
  • Provide after hours or on-call support as needed
  • Other responsibilities as needed
 
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: 
  • Manager of Applications
 

REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 1) Bachelor Degree or higher 
  • 2) 2+ years in Healthcare
  • 3) Experience with Infor ERP Application preferred
  • 4) Infor experience preferred
  • 5) HRIS experience using Infor a plus
  • 6) EPSi experience a plus
  • 7) RESUME required on application submission

  • There is no anticipated risk of exposure to mucous membranes or skin contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues, or a potential for spills or splashed during the performance of the job. 
  • Universal precautions must be observed and protective devices worn by the employee when performing a task that is likely to cause exposure.

Employment standards include current requirements as determined by Federal, State, and Wise Health System policy.

Physical requirements:
  •  Intermittent walking, sitting and standing, some bending, stooping and reaching is required with the lifting of items up to a weight of 40 pounds.
